Over the next 100 days of intensive support and strategic guidance, you'll navigate beyond the limitations of conventional success metrics to discover and embody your unique leadership signature. This isn't just about clarifying your vision—it's about fully stepping into the leader you're meant to become, integrating your professional ambitions with your personal values to create a leadership approach that is both powerfully effective and deeply fulfilling.

Step 1: Strategy setting
Let's get started with a longer session to meet each other, define your goals and start exploring the methods I will use to help you achieve them.

Step 2: Coaching
Now we can begin on the DoVo coaching methods and start putting things into practice.
The Amplify Pathway includes TEN coaching sessions through the 100 days.
I suggest leaving approximately a week between each one to ensure you can practice all the methods we implement.

Step 3: Check-in after you finish your pathway
All DoVo pathways finish with a post-completion check-in.
This is a a chance to reflect on the progress you have made, how the DoVo method has changed your work and home life and what you would like to achieve next.
Its also a chance to ask any burning questions that may have come up since your last coaching check as you put the new methods into practice.
