This website is owned and operated by Dovo Coaching. These Terms set forth are the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us.

This website offers visitors personal coaching services, including online booking of coaching sessions and access to coaching resources.

By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"We," "our," "us," and "Dovo Coaching" refer to Dovo Coaching.

"You" and "your" refer to the user or client.

"Services" refers to coaching sessions and related materials provided by Dovo Coaching.

4.1 Service Description

We provide personal coaching services delivered online or in person. The specific nature and scope of services will be agreed upon between you and your coach at the commencement of your coaching relationship.

4.2 Booking and Scheduling

When booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for reading the full description before making a commitment to book. You enter into a legally binding contract to participate in the coaching when you commit to booking and complete the check-out payment process. All sessions must be booked through our website's booking system, and you will receive confirmation of your booking via email. Session availability is subject to coach scheduling.

4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any session. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Rescheduling options are subject to coach availability.

5.1 Pricing

Our service prices are listed on the website in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and tax is available on the payments page of each booking.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of booking through our accepted payment methods [list payment methods]. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer full refunds for cancellations made up to 48 hours before your first session. Package purchases may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions. Refunds are not available for missed sessions, late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice), or partially completed sessions.

All materials within or transferred through our service, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, remain the exclusive property of Dovo Coaching. Nothing in these Terms creates a licence in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, licence, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

7.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify our services without prior notice, including changing or discontinuing services or features, and implementing service limitations.

7.2 Account Termination
We maintain the right to permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to services without notice and liability for any reason. You may discontinue use and request account cancellation at any time. For automatically-renewed subscriptions, discontinuation will take effect only upon expiration of the current paid period.

8.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dovo Coaching harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees) made against us by any third party due to, or arising from, your use of the website or our services.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dovo Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising from your use of our services.

We assume no liability or responsibility for content errors or mistakes, personal injury or property damage resulting from service use, or unauthorised access to our servers and stored personal information.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Victorian law. Any disputes must be handled by Victorian courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms periodically at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages regularly. 

Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
